How match tickets for London clubs work

Most home tickets go to club members first. A visitor without a membership has few ways in.

The Premier League says to buy only from the club: its website, its ticket office, or the ticket partners the club lists on its own site.

Chelsea says a membership is the way to unlock men's match tickets. Arsenal sells home league tickets to members by ballot.

Spurs says its home tickets rarely reach general sale. When they do, non-members can buy them.

A package with hospitality is the other way in. The league warns that a package with food or travel does not prove the seller is authorised.

What London football tickets cost

Packages here start from €119 for a Fulham seat and go up to €501 for Arsenal hospitality. These are "from" prices on GetYourGuide.

Club memberships cost extra. A One Hotspur membership starts from £45 for an adult in 2026/27, says Spurs.

Arsenal's Red membership is listed at £38 a season. It renews by itself unless you cancel.

Chelsea's own hospitality listed £495 a person for one past game. Prices change from game to game.

Which club and stadium

Pick the club first, then the package. Each ground has its own rules for tickets and bags.

Tottenham Hotspur Stadium

Spurs play at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in north London. The package here gives a padded seat and lounge access.

Some Spurs games do reach general sale. When we checked, Spurs said its Fulham game was on general sale, up to four seats each.

Chelsea at Stamford Bridge

Chelsea play at Stamford Bridge on Fulham Road. The club sells men's home tickets through its memberships.

Chelsea women's games do not need a membership, the club says. That is an easier way to see Chelsea play.

Fulham at Craven Cottage

Fulham play at Craven Cottage, by the Thames. Two Fulham packages are on this page.

The cheaper one is a seat only. The dearer one adds a stadium tour voucher and a bus tour.

Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park

Crystal Palace play at Selhurst Park in south London. The club says league tickets are for season ticket holders and members.

Arsenal at the Emirates

Arsenal play at the Emirates Stadium in north London. The club sells genuine tickets only through memberships and official hospitality.

Arsenal names three hospitality agents: Champions Travel, Travel Connection and Seat Unique. The package here is run by Travel Connection Europe, so check the name against Arsenal's list.

Official tickets, hospitality and resale: what is safe

Buy only from the club or the agents it lists. Reselling a match ticket without the club's permission is a criminal offence in England, Spurs says.

The Premier League keeps a list of unauthorised ticket sites. It includes StubHub and Live Football Tickets.

With a bad ticket, you can be turned away at the gate or put among the away fans. You can also lose your money.

  • Step 1: find the club's list of authorised sellers on its own website.
  • Step 2: check that the seller is on it. Arsenal has a website checker for this.
  • Step 3: make sure you will get a stand, row and seat number.
  • Step 4: never collect tickets at a hotel or hand them back after the game.
  • Step 5: resell only through the club's own ticket exchange.

Warning signs, says the Premier League: very high prices, tickets months before the match, no seat number, and sellers who call themselves "unofficial".

When to book and how far ahead

Book once the date is fixed, but expect it to move. Kick-off times change when TV picks the games.

The TV picks come out in batches. Spurs says all its 2026/27 fixtures are subject to change.

Members get the first chance at tickets. Spurs sells to One Hotspur+ members first, then to One Hotspur members.

Since every package here is non-refundable, wait until the date and time are confirmed.

Getting to the stadium and matchday basics

Travel light. Arsenal and Chelsea allow bags no bigger than A4, and all bags are searched.

Chelsea has no bag store, but there is an independent bag drop at Fulham Broadway Shopping Centre. Arsenal points to luggage storage at King's Cross station.

At the Emirates, Holloway Road station can be exit-only before some games and closed for up to 2 hours after.

Most tickets are digital. Arsenal asks you to load your pass into Apple or Google Wallet before you come.

Plan the trip with our guide to getting around London. Staying near a Tube line to the ground saves time; see where to stay in London.

No match? Take a stadium tour

If you cannot get a ticket, take a stadium tour instead. Many tours take you into the dressing rooms and down the players' tunnel.

Arsenal, Chelsea, Spurs, Fulham and Wembley all run tours. The Chelsea tour and museum costs £34 an adult if you book ahead, the club says.

Tours can change on match days. Pick a day with no game at that ground.

Before you book a match

  1. No refunds

Every package here is non-refundable. Book once the kick-off time is confirmed.

  2. Check the seller

Compare the seller with the club's list of authorised agents. A hospitality package alone does not prove it is official.

  3. Expect e-tickets

Most packages send e-tickets by email, some 3 to 5 days before the game.

  4. Small bag only

Bring a bag no bigger than A4. Leave suitcases at a bag store first.

London football tickets: questions and answers

How do I buy Premier League tickets in London as a visitor?

Buy from the club or one of its listed agents. Most clubs sell home tickets to members first, so a hospitality package is often the easier way in. Check the seller against the club's own list.

Are resale and tout tickets safe?

No. The Premier League warns that unauthorised tickets can be fake or cancelled, and you can be turned away. Reselling without the club's permission is a criminal offence in England. Use the club's own ticket exchange.

When do Premier League tickets go on sale?

Each club sets its own dates, and members go first. Spurs, for example, sells to One Hotspur+ members first, then to other members. Kick-off times can move for TV, so check before you book.

How do digital match tickets work?

You get a ticket by email or in the club app. Arsenal asks fans to load the pass into Apple or Google Wallet before the game. Charge your phone before you go.
