Which terminal is each lounge in?

Check your terminal before you buy. A pass only works in the lounge you booked.

The Plaza Premium pass covers lounges in Heathrow Terminals 2, 4 and 5. Its listing names the food and drinks for those three.

No1 says it runs five lounges at Heathrow. They are in Terminal 3, Terminal 5 and a new one in Terminal 2.

The No1 Heathrow pass has two locations, and your option sets which one. The Gatwick listings do not name a terminal, so check the option before you pay.

Plaza Premium Lounge, Heathrow

You pick a 3- or 6-hour stay. Food, coffee, house beer and house wine are included in Terminals 2, 4 and 5.

Showers are first come, first served. There is only one shower room at T5, and none at T4.

No1 Lounge, Gatwick

The GetYourGuide pass gives 2 hours, from €36. Gatwick's own site lists the No1 Lounge from £38 an adult.

Gatwick also lists Plaza Premium from £40 and Plaza Express from £28. Book through the airport if you want to compare more lounges.

Will the lounge be full?

The listings do not promise a seat at busy times. Each pass gives a set time: 2 hours at No1, and 3 or 6 hours at Plaza Premium.

No1 says you can book your stay from 3 hours before your flight. Its Heathrow lounges open daily from 05:00 to 21:00.

Extras such as showers are first come, first served. If you need one, go early.

Getting from the airport into London

After you land, our guide to London public transport compares the train, Tube and bus from each airport.

Watch for works. On Saturday 31 October and Sunday 1 November 2026, the Piccadilly line does not run at all. Use the Elizabeth line to Heathrow, says TfL.

On 28 and 29 November 2026, London Paddington is closed. There is no Heathrow Express and no Elizabeth line between Heathrow and central London, so take the Piccadilly line.

Before you buy a lounge pass

  1. Check the terminal

Each pass works in set terminals. Match it to your flight before you pay.

  2. Mind the time limit

No1 passes give 2 hours; Plaza Premium gives 3 or 6. Arrive with your flight time in mind.

  3. Read what is included

Premium drinks, champagne and some showers cost extra. Alcohol at No1 Gatwick depends on the option.

  4. Cancel if plans change

All four passes have free cancellation. Check the time limit for it on the listing.
